Applications and registration in HRpeople’s job database

When you seek a job or enter a CV in HRpeople’s database you confirm that you want to apply and accept our handling of personal information.

You hereby consent that we can store your personal data submitted in reference to the registration of your resume and application.

It is only the personal information you have entered into the application form, and the documents you have attached, that are registered. You should only disclose personal information that is relevant to the company.

The purpose of collecting personal information is to assess and contact candidates, who are interested in and qualified for, current or future vacant positions. Personal information in your application will be treated as confidential and will only be processed by the person/people involved in a recruiting process.

In certain cases, it can be relevant to gather sensitive information such as criminal records, etc. If it is relevant for the job you are applying for. HRpeople do not keep the certificate, but it must be presented.

HRpeople will have access to your profile and any files for 6 months. If you are in our job database you will be asked after 6 months if you want to prolong the period.

Should you wish to withdraw your job application/consent before, you can, at any time, contact the company with whom you have applied and request a withdrawal.
